The mission at Golden Provider Services, LLC is to deliver life-enhancing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as their family members, making them feel loved, secure, and important.
Golden Provider Services, LLC was established in 2012, certified by the ODDD (Ohio Department Of Developmental Disabilities).
We uphold the principle that individuals with developmental disabilities have the right to enjoy the same life experiences as any other community member. Through our home and personal care services, we make it possible for our clients to reach their full potential in living their day-to-day life.
We strive to follow a coordinated care approach where our clients and their families are involved in the planning of their care, making them feel valued and respected for their independence and choices.
