Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver life-enhancing services to your elderly loved ones and individuals with developmental disabilities who need loving support and who wish to stay home for their day-to-day lives. We strive to make them feel loved, secure and important as well as giving them the support to achieve the independence they need.
PROVIDER HEALTH SERVICES, LLC has provided services to older adults in the Columbus, Ohio area since 2005 and GOLDEN PROVIDER SERVICES, LLC was established and certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) in 2012.
Our deside to care and support for the elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities was inspired by my mother. I have always belived that every individual (no matter their age or disability) has the right to enjoy the same life experiences as any other community members. They deserve the opportunity to remain at their homes and community in a safe and independent way receiving excellent care.
We make it possible for our clients to reach their full potential in living their day-to-day life. We will always strive to follow a coordinated care approach where our clients and their families are involved in the planning of their care, making them feel loved, valued, and respected for their independence and choices.
